Summon a Water Dragon that after a delay hits the nearest enemy Hero and all enemies near them, dealing 697 (318 + 4% per level) damage and slowing their Movement Speed by 70% for 4 seconds.

[FEAT] Conjurer's Pursuit - Quest: Gathering Regeneration Globes increases your Mana Regeneration by 0.1 per second, up to 2.54 per second. Reward: After gathering 25 Globes, also increase your maximum Mana by 100.
[FEAT] Healing Ward - Activate to place a ward on the ground that heals allies in an area for 1.95% of their max Health every second for 10 seconds.
[FEAT] Cleanse - Activate to make target ally Unstoppable for 1 second. Cannot be cast on yourself.
[FEAT] Shrink Ray - Activate to reduce an enemy Hero's damage by 50% and Movement Speed by 50% for 4 seconds.
[FEAT] Shake It Off - Reduces the duration of the next Stun or Root against you by 75%. Can only trigger once every 15 seconds.
